Inside late use of CSA 7, 5¢ blue pair tied double strike of CHARLESTON / S.C. // APR / 21 / 1864 double circle to Mrs. M. A. Coates, Camden, SC. Nice letter enclosed which references W. T. Walter, an agent with the Southern Express office in Columbia who is to handle Mr. Price’s trunks. [SC] $250.
