Booker, Sunny Side, Cumberland County, Virginia with senders note at lower left “N.E.P.B.” (unknown meaning, perhaps initials of another Booker), edge tear at top into postmark but not readily apparent, slightly reduced at left. Independent State Use (only independent for 20 days). Scarce small town use. CCV $300. Ex Thayer [VA] $250.
